2026-07-25	Ki*****	My doctor’s office sent me a link and when I joined, then I came and downloaded the app. When I clicked the button to download the app to my phone, I got charged $16.04 to my Apple Pay! I thought this was a free app? If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

2025-07-22	Ch*****	I’ve been using this app because my doctor asked me to after surgery. I’m always getting error messages or things won’t load. Answer options are very limited. I’ll try to read something and it just shuts down every time or doesn’t send the info to my doctor.
