ScaleDM

Turn Instagram & Facebook comments into conversations. Automatically send a DM when someone comments on your posts, reels, or stories. 100% free with unlimited usage.

ScaleDM turns Instagram and Facebook comments into conversations. Pick a post, reel, or story, set a trigger, and ScaleDM automatically sends a direct message to everyone who comments, so you never miss a lead or leave a follower waiting.

Built for Instagram Business and Creator accounts, as well as Facebook Pages, ScaleDM uses the official Meta APIs.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Trigger on keywords or on any comment on Instagram and Facebook • Send text and image DMs with link buttons • Reply publicly to the comment at the same time • Send an opening message first, then follow up with the link or file • Ask people to follow you before they receive your link • Run automations on posts, reels, stories, Facebook Page posts, and shared content • See delivery activity, comment replies, and link clicks at a glance • Pause or resume any automation with one tap • Connect more than one Instagram account or Facebook Page and switch between them

SIMPLE AND PRIVATE • Sign in with Apple, Google, or a one-time code sent to your email • Your account login is handled by Meta; ScaleDM never sees your password • Delete your account and data from within the app at any time

100% FREE ScaleDM is free with unlimited usage and no ScaleDM usage caps.

ScaleDM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook or Meta. An Instagram Business or Creator account, or a Facebook Page, is required.
