Chatendo

Your business WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger in a single inbox, with your team and an AI assistant that answers what it knows.

Chatendo brings the messages your customers send through WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger into a single inbox, so your team can reply from the phone or the computer.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP • See and reply to WhatsApp conversations, Instagram direct messages and Messenger. • Get a phone alert when a customer writes or a conversation is handed to you. • Send photos, documents and voice notes. • Assign conversations, leave notes and talk to your team in the team chat. • See each customer's profile and history. • Let the AI assistant answer what it knows about your business and hand you the rest.

GETTING STARTED You need a Chatendo account. The first time you open the app you choose where you sign in (almost every business uses app.chatendo.app) and sign in with your email or a code sent to your WhatsApp.
