HabitPocket: Habit Tracker

No account, no ads, no cap on how many habits you track. Open HabitPocket, tap a habit, done. You can also tap it right in the widget on your home screen.

Every habit counts the way it's meant to. Yes or no for "took my vitamins". A counter for 6 glasses of water. A timer for 20 minutes of reading. A limit for one coffee a day, tops. And for things you want to quit, it counts the days without.

Some habits have several steps. Add a checklist inside the habit, say for your evening routine: brush teeth, pack bag, set alarm. The habit is done once every item is checked.

Your own categories, like "Morning routine" or "After work", keep the list tidy. You set the order, and the Today list can sort by it.

Schedules follow your week: daily, on set weekdays, three times a week, a few times a month, every few days or once by a deadline. Holidays and breaks don't end a streak.

Set reminders per habit. If several fall on the same minute, you get one notification instead of five. To check that notifications get through on your device, tap "Send a test reminder" in settings.

Forgot yesterday? Fill in any day from the calendar. Insights show completion rates, streaks and a heatmap, plus a short review every week.

With Apple Health, habits like steps, workouts or sleep check themselves off. You allow access per habit, and the app only reads. On Apple Watch, you check off today's habits from your wrist.

Switching from another habit app? HabitPocket reads the export files of several popular habit apps and brings over your habits, check-ins and notes. Any other spreadsheet comes in through the CSV import, where you match the columns yourself. What you already have stays as it is, and nothing gets duplicated.

Your data stays on your device by default. No ads, no analytics tools. Export to JSON or CSV any time. 49 templates, for things like water, steps or journaling, help you get started.

Pocket, the mascot, cheers you on when you get something done. Prefer it quiet? Turn it off in settings.

Free, no subscription needed: unlimited habits, all habit types and schedules, reminders, widgets, Apple Health, Apple Watch, app lock with Face ID, import and export.

HabitPocket Pro is optional. It keeps your habits in sync across your devices, backs them up to the cloud automatically and adds a full year of insights, period comparisons and an archive of your weekly reviews. Sync and backups need an account. Pro comes as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple Account settings.
