PERMIT ORDER. A sequencing puzzle. One permit's steps, shuffled, with arrows naming what waits on what. Tap two steps to swap. Nudge one with the chevrons. Every step must sit after everything it depends on. Fifty-six sheets. Longer chains as you climb.

TAG PRESS. Equipment, holder, energy source, status. It writes the danger tag, gives it a check code, files it in the register.

SHIFT BOARD. Crew hours across twenty-four hours, including shifts that run past midnight. Overlaps and uncovered hours are reported as each block lands.
