MEASURE ROOMS YOUR WAY Create a job with the client, address, notes, preferred unit, and currency. Add as many rooms as the project requires. Use a quick rectangle, several non-overlapping rectangles, an L shape, a snapped manual floor plan, or a direct area entry. Work in feet and inches, decimal feet, metres, or centimetres. On supported devices, an optional LiDAR RoomPlan scan can capture the floor outline on the device; review and correct the result before saving. Manual measurement remains available on every supported device.

ACCURATE MATERIAL TAKEOFFS Choose common flooring types or name a custom material. Set the material price, waste percentage, and box coverage for each room. FloorQuote applies waste to material takeoff and rounds boxed products up separately by room, so a partial box from one room is not silently reused in another. Set box coverage to zero for products sold continuously by area. The estimate keeps net measured area distinct from purchased material coverage, making the quantities easier to explain and verify.

PRICE THE COMPLETE JOB Build labor and accessory costs alongside material: installation, removal, floor preparation, underlayment, measured baseboards, and transitions. Add stairs, delivery, furniture moving, or any custom line item with its own description, quantity, unit, and price. Apply a percentage or fixed markup, a percentage or fixed discount, tax, and an optional deposit. Each billed line and adjustment is rounded to cents before the subtotal, discount, tax, and final total are assembled.

QUOTE, SIGN, AND REVISE Review the room list, itemized cost breakdown, proposal notes, expiration date, deposit, and terms before finalizing. When the customer is ready, capture their full name, acceptance, and signature with a finger or Apple Pencil. Approval saves an estimate snapshot and the final PDF, then locks the approved record against accidental editing. If the scope changes, create a new revision or deliberately reopen the quote and collect a fresh approval.

PROFESSIONAL PDF OUTPUT Add your company name, contact details, and logo. FloorQuote creates a paginated PDF with the project, client, rooms, quantities, costs, adjustments, terms, and approval details. Preview it in the app, save it to Files, print it through iOS, or share it using a destination you choose. Approved PDFs preserve the branding and currency that were present at approval time.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Offline — create projects, measure rooms, calculate estimates, collect a signature, and generate PDFs without an internet connection. • No Login — no account, password, email registration, or online workspace is required. • Privacy First — client details, measurements, rates, photos, notes, signatures, and quotes remain under your control. • On Device — storage, calculations, optional RoomPlan processing, signature capture, and PDF generation happen on your iPhone or iPad. • No Cloud Upload — FloorQuote does not automatically upload job data or media to a developer server. Information leaves only when you choose an iOS share, print, or save destination. System device backups are controlled by your Apple settings.

FloorQuote is an estimating aid, not a substitute for site verification, manufacturer requirements, contracts, tax advice, or professional judgment. Confirm dimensions, subfloor conditions, product specifications, box coverage, waste, labor rates, taxes, and final scope before ordering material or starting work. A stored signature records local acceptance; it does not verify identity. Removing the app may remove local data, so export important approved quotes to Files or another location you control.
