ECC Portal

ECC Portal is an employee self-service app for the staff of companies that run their HR on Centione's platform. It is not a consumer app: there is no public sign-up, and you need a work account issued by your employer to use it. If your company has not given you an account, the app cannot be used.

Once your HR department has set you up, ECC Portal puts the everyday HR tasks that usually need a paper form or a visit to the HR office on your phone.

YOUR RECORD • Profile: your job title, department, manager, hire date and contact details, as held by HR. • Payslips: every confirmed payslip, with net pay, earnings, deductions and the exact pay period it covers. • Attendance log: what the clock recorded each day, including check-in and check-out times, hours worked, late arrivals and missing punches.

REQUESTS TO HR • Holidays: request days off against your leave balance, and attach a supporting document where one is needed. • Excuses: ask for time away within a working day, such as a late arrival or an appointment. • Missions: record time spent off site on company business. • Overtime: submit hours already worked beyond your schedule. • Attendance corrections: ask HR to fix a day the clock recorded wrongly. • Salary advances and staff loans: ask your own employer for an advance against your future salary. This is an internal HR request, not a lending service. The app never lends or pays out money, there is no interest or fee of any kind, and approved amounts are paid and repaid through your employer's payroll. • Resignation: submit your resignation and see the last working day your company's notice period sets.

Every request shows its status as it moves through approval, and drafts can be edited or withdrawn until your approvers act on them.

MADE FOR THE WAY YOU WORK • English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout. • Light and dark themes. • Works on phones and tablets. • Connects to your company's own HR server, so your information stays with your employer.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY Your sign-in is kept in your device's secure storage. Payslip details are never saved on the device and never written to logs.

WHO CAN USE IT ECC Portal is for employees of Centione's client companies. Accounts are created by each company's administrator, and there is no way to register from inside the app. If you are an employee and have not received your sign-in details, contact your HR department.
