Users input the date, planned quantity, actual completed quantity, and difficulty level for each task; the app calculates an execution score based on difficulty weighting and displays the remaining quantity, providing a clear basis for assessing progress. Incomplete work can be categorized by reasons such as insufficient time, waiting on others, missing information, or excessive scope, facilitating reviews for future planning. The trends page displays only dates with scheduled plans, avoiding the artificial inflation of performance metrics with blank days. Monthly reports summarize planned versus completed quantities, execution scores, reasons for incompletion, and income/expenses; historical reports are automatically recalculated if difficulty weightings are adjusted. Expense tracking supports details such as amount, category, date, and notes, as well as linking expenses to specific tasks, ensuring that financial data does not affect execution scores.
