Ordro

New orders ring your phone the moment they land. Confirm with one tap, chat with the customer, see the delivery pin, and keep your menu up to date from anywhere.

Ordro turns your phone into the counter of your shop.

Orders arrive the moment a customer places them, your phone rings, and one tap moves them along. Every status change tells the customer on WhatsApp automatically, so nobody has to type the same update twice.

ORDERS AS THEY HAPPEN • New orders appear instantly, with a notification even when the app is closed • One tap to confirm, start preparing, send out for delivery and complete • See items, totals, notes, and whether it is paid • Mark cash orders paid, or cancel with a confirmation

FIND THE CUSTOMER • The delivery pin on a map, with directions in Apple Maps or Google Maps • Call or message the customer without leaving the order • Know when someone has arrived for a pickup

CHAT • Conversations with your customers in one place • Reply from the app; photos, voice notes and shared locations all show up • Clear notice when a reply window has closed, instead of a message that quietly fails

YOUR MENU • Switch items on and off as they sell out, straight from the list • Add products with a photo from your camera or gallery • Set prices, descriptions and sections • No photo? Generate one from the product name and a short description

EVERYTHING ELSE • Completed and cancelled orders kept in History • Several shops on one account, switched from the Account tab • Works alongside the Ordro dashboard at ordro.in — the same shop, the same orders

WHO IT IS FOR Cafes, restaurants, home kitchens, bakeries, grocers and any small shop that already takes orders over chat and wants them organised without changing how customers buy.

Ordro is for shop owners and their staff. You need an Ordro account to sign in; shops are created at ordro.in.

Ordro is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.
