Warehouse App for Abas ERP puts manual stock postings on the iPhone: receipt, issue and transfer of an article at a storage location, with lot, usage and project as bundle details. Every posting goes live into your own Abas installation, immediately — there is no second database and no queue.

Scan, don't type Article, storage location, lot: everything that would otherwise be typed comes off the label. The camera reads EAN, Code 128, Code 39, QR, DataMatrix and GS1-128; a Bluetooth scanner in keyboard mode does the same without bringing up the on-screen keyboard. One bundle label fills lot, usage and project in a single scan.

You decide what a barcode means Which codes are on your labels and what they stand for is set up once in the CCSchwarz customer portal — as a prefix, a fixed length, a key format, separated fields or GS1. The app reads every scan with exactly these rules, on every device, without an app update.

Built for one hand Large tiles that can be hit with a glove on, values in digits that stay readable at arm's length, one button to post. No swipe gestures — everything is a tap. The screen stays on while the mask is open; a short tone confirms the posting, a low double tone reports an error.

Stock before the issue On an issue the app shows what lies at the location and warns when the article is not there or the lot does not match. The stock inquiry shows stock per article and location, with lots, from the Abas info system.

Traceable and secure Every posting gets its Abas ID number and appears in the device's log; from there it can be reversed, using the reversal Abas itself offers on the record. If the answer to a posting does not arrive, the app checks the stock journal instead of posting a second time. Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode lock the app after idle time without signing you out of the ERP.

Masks your own company decides Fields you do not need — the project, say — are hidden in the customer portal; the mask follows on every device. Several mandants, switched in the settings. Light and dark. Fully in English and German.

Requirements Warehouse App is a companion app for Abas ERP version 2100r8 or later. It needs a company account, a device registration in the CCSchwarz customer portal, a Warehouse App licence and an Abas ERP sign-in. The app posts online only and keeps no offline buffer; without a connection to an Abas ERP installation it cannot be used.
