Unraid Drive

Your Unraid shares in the Files app and the Finder, anywhere over HTTPS. For iOS 27, macOS 27, tvOS 27 and visionOS 27.

Unraid Drive puts the shares of your Unraid server into the Files app, next to iCloud Drive — on iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro, at home or on the go.

IMPORTANT: the app does nothing on its own. Your Unraid server must run a service such as the free, open-source unraid-gateway container (instructions in the wiki): it is what exposes the shares to the app.

HOW IT WORKS Install the small open-source unraid-gateway container on your Unraid server, create an Unraid API key, publish the gateway with Cloudflare or any reverse proxy, and add it in the app. Your shares appear under Locations in the Files app: open, save, move, rename and delete files from any app that uses the Files picker.

ON THE MAC The same app (universal purchase) puts the shares in the Finder sidebar like the other cloud drives, with a menu bar panel: sync status, activity (downloads, uploads, renames, deletions), Unraid notifications, pause/resume, offline files, error list, launch at login and a menu-bar-only mode.

REQUIREMENTS An Unraid server (7.2 or newer) running the free unraid-gateway container, and a way to reach it over HTTPS from outside your home (Cloudflare recommended). Full step-by-step guide in the wiki linked below.
