Driving your own car for work in Denmark or Sweden? Log each trip, close the month and share one PDF report. No account – your trips stay on your iPhone.

A mileage log for work trips in your own car in Denmark or Sweden. Start each trip with one tap – GPS measures the distance while the trip runs – or add it afterwards with the date, route and purpose.

Kørebog calculates the reimbursement at the official 2026 rates from Skattestyrelsen (Denmark) or Skatteverket (Sweden), and lets you share the month as a PDF or CSV report. Logging and the monthly report need no purchase; Kørebog Premium is an optional one-time purchase that adds a complete reimbursement voucher and year or custom-period reports.

HOW IT WORKS

• Tap "Start trip" when you set off and "Stop trip" when you arrive. GPS measures the distance while the trip runs, including when your phone is locked. Kørebog records no location between trips.
• Forgot to start? Add the trip afterwards with the date, route, purpose and distance.
• Drive the same route often? Repeat a previous trip in one tap.
• Save regular places such as home, work and clients, mark a trip as a round trip, or repeat it on several days at once.
• Every trip is kept in a history grouped by month that you can edit or delete at any time.

RATES AND CURRENCY Pick Denmark or Sweden once when you set up the app. That choice decides your rates and currency: Skattestyrelsen's 2026 rates in Danish kroner (3.94 kr/km for the first 20,000 km a year, 2.28 kr/km after that), or Skatteverket's 2026 amount in Swedish kronor (25 kr per Swedish mil, 2.50 kr/km). Distances are always in kilometres.

CLOSE THE MONTH See the month's trips in a calendar, find trips with missing details, and mark the month as handed in once you've sent it. Optional reminders tell you when a trip is still running and when the month is due.

PDF AND CSV REPORTS Share a month's trips as a PDF or CSV file with your employer, bookkeeper or accountant.

KØREBOG PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) Kørebog Premium is an optional one-time in-app purchase. It adds a complete reimbursement voucher – name, address, purpose, route, km, rate and calculation, with fields for your signature and approval – plus year and custom-period reports.

PRIVATE AND LOCAL No account and no sign-up. Your trips, places and details are stored on your iPhone and are never uploaded to a server.

LANGUAGES The app is available in English and Danish, and largely in Swedish.

GOOD TO KNOW Kørebog is a logging tool. It does not estimate or file tax deductions, does not classify trips as business or personal, is not approved by the Danish or Swedish tax agencies, and does not replace advice from an employer, accountant or tax authority.
