Site Log keeps the record of a place over time.

Whether you manage rental properties, run events, or deliver projects, the same problem shows up: photos scattered across phones, procedures living in someone's head, and no reliable answer to "what did it look like last month?"

Site Log puts all of it in one place, organised by site.

TASKS FROM A PHOTOGRAPH Photograph what needs doing and the task writes itself. A picture of a fridge left full after a checkout comes back as "Clean out refrigerator — remove expired food", filed under Cleaning. Photograph a work order on someone else's screen instead and it reads the unit, room, reporter and the date the work is due straight off it.

Nothing saves until you have read it over. It fills the form and stops, and leaves blank anything it cannot actually tell — a fridge looks the same in every unit, so it will not guess which one it was in.

Walk a property, photograph everything wrong, hand over the lot, and get a card for each. The photo stays attached as the record.

TASKS Requests, Open, In Progress, On Hold, Complete. On Hold is there because work stalls waiting on a part, a tenant or money, and that is not the same as being underway.

Send each person their list: everything assigned to them and not yet done, written out as a text with the photos attached.

MARK UP A PHOTO Draw on any photo — circle the damage, point at the leak, note what to fix. The original stays untouched as the record, and your markup saves as a copy. Pinch to zoom in on the detail that matters.

PHOTO LOG Upload photos in batches, grouped by unit and date, with a record of who uploaded them and when. Add captions, review past uploads, and see how a space has changed over time.

DOCUMENTS Store deeds, leases, warranties, manuals and permits against the site they belong to. Read them in the app instead of digging through email.

SOPs AND TO-DO Write step-by-step procedures once, so the job gets done the same way every time. Keep your own list of one-off jobs separately.

ISSUES Log what went wrong, what was done about it, and when it was resolved. Every issue keeps its resolution, so the history stays useful.

MAINTENANCE Track recurring scheduled work and keep a log of what was serviced.

INVENTORY Count what is on hand and record what needs reordering.

CONTACTS Keep vendors, contractors and suppliers with the site they serve.

AI ASSISTANT Ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn from that site's own records — the photos, issues, documents and procedures you have already logged. It only ever sees the site you have open, and is never given access codes or Wi-Fi passwords.

YOUR TEAM Invite the people who do the work — cleaners, contractors, staff, helpers — by email. They sign up, and access appears automatically, with no codes to pass around. Choose which modules each person sees, or leave them on the defaults. Only you can invite people, create sites, or delete anything.

SITES Each property, event or project is its own site, with its own records. Switch between them without anything bleeding across.

HOW IT WORKS A built-in guide explains what every tile is for, and how to turn a photo or a pasted ticket into a task. Your team sees a version written for them, so nobody has to be trained before they start.

Every new site includes a 30-day free trial with full access. After that, a subscription keeps the site active. Your records stay readable either way — we do not hold your own data hostage.

Subscriptions are $14.99 per month or $129.99 per year, per site. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
