CheckWell: Kids Check-In

CheckWell is a simple check-in and check-out register for Sunday school classes, kids clubs, holiday programs and childcare rooms. Keep a roster for each group, start a session, tap to check children in, and check them out with a pickup code so only the right person collects them.

WHY LEADERS USE IT

• Fast check-in: tap a name, done. Counts for present, checked out and not here update as you go.
• Pickup codes: each child has a 4-digit pickup code shown to the guardian at drop-off and asked for at pickup.
• Undo mistakes: a wrong tap can be undone for 30 seconds; the full record is kept for audit.
• Walk-ins: add a child who arrives unannounced without leaving the session.
• Allergies and notes: allergies show on the roster and on the check-out sheet so nobody misses them.
• Guardians: call or message the guardian on file from the child's page.

SHARE THE LIST WITH YOUR TEAM Invite volunteers with iCloud sharing. Everyone sees the same roster, and each helper checks children in from their own phone. Changes sync automatically.

RECORDS AND EXPORTS

• Every check-in and check-out records the date, time and who did it.
• Attendance history for each child and each session.
• Export a PDF attendance sheet or a CSV file to share, print or archive.
• Paste a list of names to build a roster in seconds.

WORKS OFFLINE, RESPECTS PRIVACY Everything is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account. There are no accounts to create, no ads and no analytics. Sharing needs iCloud; everything else works without it.

CheckWell Pro removes the limits with a monthly or yearly subscription (yearly includes a 7-day free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period and are managed in your App Store account settings.
