YOUR DAILY CALORIE TARGET It works out how much you should eat from your height, weight and goal. What matters more is what happens next: it updates that target itself, from what you actually eat and how your weight actually moves. Most plateaus are just a target that stopped fitting you.

TREND, NOT THE SCALE Day-to-day weight is mostly water. Caltracker plans from a smoothed trend line, so one bad morning doesn't move your target.

YOU CAN SEE HOW SOLID AN ESTIMATE IS Most apps hand you a single number and never say where it came from. Here every estimate shows how confident it is (±kcal) and what it assumed: cooking oil, portion size, the sugar hiding in a sauce. If it's wrong, fix it in two taps and the app learns your portions.
