CaloFitly reads the dish from a photo and puts calories, protein, fat and carbs into your diary. No scales, no scrolling through a database of forty thousand yoghurts.

WHEN IT ISN'T SURE, IT ASKS Most apps guess silently. The cut of meat, the cooking method, the size of the portion — these change the number several times over. CaloFitly asks about them, then counts. You can also just describe a dish in words: there's no limit on that.

TARGETS BUILT FROM YOU Daily calories and macros calculated from your age, weight, activity, goal and the pace you choose — not from a one-size table. Change your weight, and the target follows.

APPLE HEALTH, ONE WAY ROUND Steps, workouts and weight arrive on their own. Nothing is ever written back to Health. Anything you type by hand wins over the sensors — you might have left your phone at home.

WHAT IT CAN'T DO Every number is an estimate. A photograph cannot know how much oil went into the pan, and daily targets come from formulas that describe averages rather than you. CaloFitly is a diary, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice.
