Three PDFs, two kids, one Saturday. Due This Week turns the letters and emails piling up in your inbox into a single checklist for the week — across every child in the house.

Who it's for. The parent who ended up being the household's admin. More than one child, sometimes more than one school, and letters arriving three different ways: an email on Monday, a PDF on Thursday, a folded sheet in the bottom of a bag on Friday. If one child and a wall calendar are working for you, you don't need this.

Share it in. That's the whole job. A newsletter, an email, a photo of a letter. Due This Week reads it and shows you what it found — a form to sign, money to send, a kit to buy — with a guess at the day and the child. You tick what's real and fix what isn't. Nothing is saved until you say so.

Nothing leaves your phone. Documents are read on your device, by software built into iOS. There is no account, no password, and no server of ours for a letter about your child to sit on. No analytics, no trackers, no third-party anything. On a device with Apple Intelligence the reading is sharper; on every other device it still works, with rules instead of a model.

One list, every kid. The week runs Monday to Sunday. Anything whose day has been and gone gathers at the top, so Friday morning answers two questions: what's late, and what's coming. Assign a job to whichever adult is doing it, and send the whole week to them in a message.

The things that come back. The gym kit every Tuesday, the trip money on the tenth. Set it once: tick this week's off and next week's is already waiting.

On the home screen. A widget for what's due, so a school morning doesn't need the app opened at all.

A nudge, not a nag. One reminder on Sunday evening about the week ahead, and one the morning before something is due. Both optional. If nothing is due, nothing is sent.

It replaces the re-typing, not the school's website. Wherever your school posts its notices, that is one school, one child, one login, and it ends at "here is your notice". What has no home is the bit underneath — the list of what your household actually has to do this week. That is this.

After a short introduction it is a weekly subscription or a single purchase, priced by the App Store for your country — and a little over four weeks of the subscription costs more than buying it outright, so buying it once is usually the honest answer. Cancel a subscription any time in your Apple Account settings.
