Just launched. Turn school emails, flyers and voice notes into per-child to-dos — with the AI running on your iPhone, not on our servers. Free for one parent.
Stop being your family's school inbox.
Permission slips. Lunch money. Crazy sock day. The form that was due yesterday. It all arrives as email and paper, and one parent ends up holding every piece of it in their head.
School Corral turns school messages into a clear list of things to do — sorted by child, by date, and by what is actually being asked of you: sign it, pay it, pack it, show up.
CAPTURE IT HOWEVER IT ARRIVES
• Share a school email straight from Mail — one tap, no forwarding address
• Scan a flyer from the bottom of the backpack, or use a photo you already took
• Say "Corral this in School Corral" then say your item(s) and keep walking
• Or add anything by hand in a few seconds
Scanned flyers are kept in one place, so when the same sheet turns out to hold a second thing to do, you can add it later without hunting for the paper.
School Corral reads what you captured and pulls out the actions — what it is, which child, when it is due, how much to pay. Anything it was not sure about waits in Review for you to confirm.
The AI is a head start, not a guarantee. It is good at the clear asks — sign this by Friday, send $5 for the trip, bring a costume Thursday — and on a long message it can stop before the end or label something oddly. Everything it finds lands in Review for you to check, change or delete, and adding what it missed by hand takes seconds. It saves you the typing; it does not replace reading the message.
SEE THE WEEK, NOT THE INBOX
• This Week and This Month, with every item tagged to a child
• Amounts and payment links ride along, so paying is one tap
• Send an event to the calendar you choose — or to no calendar at all
• Repeating items: set "pack lunch every weekday" once and the next one queues itself each time you tick it off
• Keep this week on your home screen with the widget, refreshed by iOS through the day
• Reopen the original email, note or flyer whenever you need the context
BOTH PARENTS, ONE LIST
Invite a co-parent, step-parent, grandparent or caregiver into your household and everyone sees the same list. When your co-parent adds a permission slip or marks a payment done, you know about it — a notification arrives in seconds and the app is up to date the moment you open it. Assign an item to someone by name, so "one of us should do this" becomes "you are doing this."
Everyone in a household sees everything in it, including the original email, voice note or scanned flyer an item came from.
THE AI RUNS ON YOUR IPHONE
There are no School Corral servers. Extraction happens on your device using Apple Intelligence, so your children's school life is never sent to us — there is no "us" to send it to. Your household syncs through your own iCloud account, which we cannot read. No ad network, no analytics, no third-party code at all.
FREE FOR ONE PARENT. PAY ONLY TO SHARE.
School Corral is free forever for a single parent — not a trial, not a cut-down version. A subscription unlocks sharing your household with another adult, and one subscription covers everyone in it.
• $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year
• 7-day free trial
• Only the Apple ID that subscribes manages household members and billing
Automatic capture requires an iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on. On any other iPhone, School Corral works with manual entry.
