Each day of your fast the app offers Scripture that becomes richer through the experience of hunger, voices from the saints across 2,000 years of church history, structured prayer, and a quiet journal to capture what God is doing.

Tarry adapts to your fast. A one-day fast and a 40-day fast are completely different spiritual experiences, and the app treats them that way - the Scripture, reflections, prayers and journal prompts all progress through an arc that matches the journey you are on.

Not every fast is a fast from food. A media fast is never told to stop eating, and a fast you name yourself is spoken to in your own terms.
