DishCache is your personal recipe vault on iPhone, iPad, and DishCache.com. Save a recipe link, scan a printed page, or write one yourself. Keep the ingredients, directions, original source, and your own notes together in a collection you can actually find again.

SAVE A KEEPER

Share a recipe webpage from Safari or paste its link. DishCache captures the useful recipe details and keeps the source attached. If a capture needs cleanup, compare a fresh attempt, choose what to apply, and undo if needed.

BRING YOUR RECIPE BOX ALONG

Scan a printed recipe with the camera or choose up to six page photos. Review and edit the suggested ingredients and steps alongside the saved page images. Text recognition happens on your device; saved page copies sync with your account. Printed English recipes are the best starting point. Keep your original photos and check quantities, fractions, and handwriting carefully.

MAKE IT YOURS

Create and edit recipes in the app. Add a note for next time, fix a serving size, or update a cooking time. Move recipes to Trash and restore them as private recipes when you change your mind.

FIND IT. COOK IT.

Search titles, ingredients, instructions, notes, and sources. Browse tags and Needs Review, or use Favorites and Recent on your device. Cook Mode keeps the screen awake while you check off ingredients and steps. iPad layouts give your recipe more room.

PRINT OR PASS IT ALONG

Print a clean recipe through AirPrint. Create an unlisted link or a public recipe page when you choose to share. Recipes are private by default, and you control which extra details recipients can see.

ONE COLLECTION, AT HOME OR AWAY

Use the same free account on the web and in the app. Read synced recipes and save edits offline; pending changes sync when you reconnect. If two versions conflict, choose what to keep. Favorites and Recent are local to each device.

Export your library and saved images from DishCache.com. Restore selected recipes from a DishCache backup as private copies; Account provides a direct link to Backup and restore.

Recipe capture varies by website and photograph. Some links may save only the original source, and extracted text needs your review. Internet is required for sign-in, link capture, sync, sharing, and web backup. Photo pages are normalized copies, not full-resolution originals.
