Crew. connects European YouTube channels with the professionals who keep them running: editors, thumbnail designers, writers, motion designers, translators.

One account, two sides. On one side the people looking for work, on the other the people hiring. You switch between them from the settings, whenever you need to, without opening a second account.

IF YOU DO THE WORK You apply with your portfolio, your skills and the rate you are asking for. You see the pay before writing a single line. Your profile lists the software you actually use, and the match with a posting is calculated on that. Applications are unlimited and always free.

IF YOU ARE HIRING You publish a posting with the role, the software required, the pay and the unit: hourly, per project or monthly. Applications arrive with portfolio, requested rate and invoicing details already in them. You can also search through the profiles yourself, instead of waiting for someone to show up. If you connect your YouTube channel, your subscriber count appears on your profile, read straight from YouTube. Crew. only reads: it never posts anything on your behalf.

THE RULES, THE SAME ON BOTH SIDES The pay is always written down. A posting without a figure is not published: this is not a recommendation, the system refuses it. Trials are paid. Asking for free work and calling it a trial is forbidden by the terms. Reviews are mutual. They open only once you have both written yours: nobody reads the other person's judgement before giving their own. A job closes when both sides confirm it, each with their own report.

THE CONVERSATION Messages, files, trial offers and agreements sit in a single thread, in date order. An offer can be withdrawn until it has been accepted. You can report a person or a single message, and block anyone you no longer want to hear from. Reports are read by a human being.

YOUR DATA STAYS IN EUROPE The servers are in the European Union. No advertising, no profiling, no tracking across apps. You can delete your account and your data in one tap, from inside the app, and the deletion covers our servers too. An EU VAT number can be checked against VIES, the European Commission's own register. It is optional and free.

WHAT IT COSTS For the people who do the work Crew. is free, and it takes no commission on what you earn. In this version publishing a posting is free as well.

WHAT CREW. DOES NOT DO Crew. does not handle payments: the two sides agree and settle directly between themselves. Crew. is not your employer and not your client, it is not a party to the contract and does not guarantee that it will be carried out.

The app is in Italian and English, and follows the language of your iPhone.
