Crewful connects people who need work done with independent professionals ready to do it — plumbers, electricians, cleaners, handymen, and more.

For customers:

• Post a job with a description, photos, and your address
• Get bids from nearby professionals with pricing and timelines
• Award the job to the professional you choose
• Track your professional's live location as they head to the job
• Pay securely in the app — funds are held until the job is marked complete
• Rate and review when the job is done

For professionals:

• Browse nearby jobs matched to your service categories
• Submit bids with your price and timeline
• Go "ready to work" to appear for nearby job matches
• Get paid directly to your bank account via Stripe once a job completes
• Build your reputation with customer ratings and reviews

How payment works: When a customer awards a job, payment is charged and held securely. Once the job is marked complete, there's a short window for the customer to raise any concerns before funds are released to the professional. Crewful takes a small platform fee from each completed job — professionals see the net amount clearly before accepting.
