THE HONEST NUMBER Pair an Apple Watch but only wear it for workouts, and Apple's Fitness app follows the Watch, showing you almost nothing. Just Steps reads the same de-duplicated total as the Health app, so the count is right whether your steps come from your iPhone, your Watch, or both.
