Mercoflow is garage management software for automotive businesses. It brings work orders, planning, customers and invoices together, works seamlessly with the Mercoflow web app at the front desk, and stands just as well on its own: your entire workshop from your phone.

WORK ORDERS Create an order with a license plate, customer and job description. Vehicle details are filled in automatically based on the plate. Status, priority, job type, labels and assignee live as chips on the order.

PLANNING The planning board shows who is working on what. Schedule orders by day and time, assign a mechanic and move blocks around when the day changes.

ON THE SHOP FLOOR Mechanics see their own day, start and stop time, tick off checklists and capture photos with the work order.

WITH AI Dictate a diagnosis, job or report and the app turns it into text on the work order. The recording is processed once and never stored.

INVOICES Create an invoice from the order, update the draft and finalize it. Share the invoice as a PDF and track its payment status, right from your phone.

CUSTOMERS One customer register with history: every work order, vehicle and invoice for a customer on a single card.

ALONGSIDE YOUR EXISTING SYSTEMS Mercoflow runs fully standalone, but also fits as a thin layer on top of your DMS or planning package. Quotes and orders from other systems are imported as PDF through the web app, and AI turns them into a work order automatically. The platform is designed API first: integrations with external systems can be enabled on request.
