InventoryConnect is the operating system for luxury resale. Watch, jewellery and handbag dealers use it to run inventory, sales, clients, shipping and accounting in one place — and the app puts all of it on your iPhone and iPad.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Inventory. Add a piece in seconds and track it from purchase to sale. Photos, reference and serial numbers, condition, box and papers, cost basis, location. Ten product types: watches, watch parts, jewellery, handbags, sneakers, apparel, accessories, precious metals, art and vehicles.

Scan with the camera. Point your phone at a barcode or a printed tag to pull a piece straight up. Bluetooth barcode scanners are supported too, so a phone or tablet works the same way as the desk.

Sales and invoices. Record a sale, split profit with a partner, take a deposit, send a branded invoice by email or text, and collect payment by card or wire.

Clients. A full CRM with wishlists, deal pipelines, tasks, appointments and a shared inbox for email and SMS.

Shipping. Buy fully insured labels, track every parcel, and file photo and video proof against the shipment.

Storefronts. Publish a wholesale or retail storefront on your own domain, and list to connected marketplaces.

Ultron. An AI assistant that knows your inventory. Ask it to find a piece, draft an invoice, add a client or update a listing, in plain language.

Face ID or Touch ID. Unlock the app without typing your password.

BUILT FOR DEALERS

Every dealer's data is isolated. Team members get their own logins with granular permissions, so a salesperson sees what they need and nothing more.
