It's Time: Calendar Alarms

You don't miss appointments for lack of a calendar. You miss them because the notification arrived with twenty others, or because the phone was on silent.

It's Time reads your calendars — iCloud, Google, Exchange, all of them — and turns every event into an alarm that rings full screen. Not a notification you swipe away unread. An alarm, with rising volume and vibration, that stops only when you say so.

How it works

• Choose which calendars become alarms. The app only reads; it never changes anything. • Set how many minutes ahead you want warning — up to three per event. • Mark the priority: high breaks through silent mode and Focus. • Snooze with a tap, or slide to stop — the gesture prevents pocket dismissals.

Your routine, without touching the calendar

Medication, kids' school, workouts — what repeats every week doesn't need to become a calendar event. Set it up in seconds with ready-made templates and categories, pick the days of the week, done: it becomes a real alarm, with up to three warnings. It stays on the device, inside the regular iCloud backup.

That configures itself

Keyword rules set the urgency: an interview warns you a day ahead, a meeting fifteen minutes ahead. Anything you adjust by hand is never overwritten.

Your day at a glance

Choose when you want the digest — in the morning what's coming today, at night what's coming tomorrow. It shows how many events, how many are already behind you — in a day-progress ring — when the day starts and ends, and where the largest free gap is. You can turn it on for the Lock Screen: it appears when the next alarm is getting close — you choose the lead, from 5 minutes to 1 hour — with what's next, a countdown ring and a button to switch between today and tomorrow without unlocking. In the app you can step through the days and see the whole week. And just ask: "Daily digest in It's Time" — Siri answers out loud.

On your wrist too

The Apple Watch app lists what's coming and buzzes your wrist at the right moment — even with the iPhone far away, in a bag or on silent. Home Screen widgets and a countdown in the Dynamic Island.

Everything stays on the device. No server, no account, no third-party sync. No ads, no tracking, no data resale.

The app is free with no deadline: everything is unlocked for the first 30 days, and after that it keeps warning you about the first three events of each day. For unlimited alarms and every extra feature, the Pro subscription is US$ 1.99 a year.
