Features & Capabilities

Never miss another meeting. On Time reads your Google Calendar and sets a real alarm for every event, timed around back-to-back days so it never buzzes mid-meeting.

Never miss another meeting. On Time Meetings reads your Google Calendar and schedules a real iOS alarm for every event, automatically adjusting for back-to-back schedules so you're alerted when you actually need to move, not while you're still in the previous call.

Set it once. Get every meeting handed to you on time, every day.

— WHAT YOU GET —

• Smart alarm placement. Every meeting rings at its start. Meetings with free time before them get a heads up first. Back-to-back meetings don't, because that alert would land while you're still in the previous call.

• Reminders you actually control. Choose how many alerts come before a meeting and how many keep going after it starts. Set those separately for meetings with buffer and for back-to-back ones, because the two situations need different treatment.

• Auto-sync with Google Calendar. Add an event in any app, on any device, On Time Meetings picks it up automatically and schedules the alarm. Delete one and the alarm disappears with it.

• Per-meeting control. Silence alarms for individual meetings (skip the daily standup) without affecting any others. Tap any alert to jump straight to that meeting and switch it off.

• Alarms that get through. Reminders are delivered as time-sensitive alerts, so they reach you through Focus, including Sleep.

• Multiple calendars. Pick which Google calendars to monitor: work, personal, whichever you need. Toggle them on or off any time.

— WHY IT'S DIFFERENT —

iOS calendar notifications get swiped away and forgotten. Apple Reminders need to be set manually.

On Time Meetings is the missing middle. Your calendar handles the schedule, your iPhone handles the alarms, you just show up on time.

Back-to-back days are where most meeting apps break down. On Time Meetings detects when two meetings touch and shifts the alert from "10 minutes before", which would buzz mid-meeting, to "right at the start". If you'd rather have a nudge to wrap up, you can switch on a short early warning for back-to-back meetings and pick how early it lands. Either way, two meetings will never ring at the same moment.

— PRIVATE BY DESIGN —

• Read-only Google Calendar access. The app physically cannot create, edit, or delete events. • Everything runs on your iPhone. We don't operate a server, so there's nowhere for your calendar data to go. • No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. • Google sign-in tokens stay in the iOS Keychain. Sign out wipes everything in one tap.

— SETUP —

Sign in with Google. Read-only calendar scope is all that's requested. Pick which calendars to monitor. Choose how many reminders you want before a meeting and how early the first one arrives. Done. Every upcoming meeting now has an alarm.

— REQUIREMENTS —

• iOS 17 or later • A Google account with Google Calendar • Notifications permission • Background App Refresh enabled (recommended)
