• Smart alarm placement. Back-to-back meetings ring at the start time. Meetings with buffer ring a configurable number of minutes before.

• Auto-sync with Google Calendar. Add an event in any app, on any device, On Time Meetings picks it up automatically and schedules the alarm.

• Per-meeting control. Silence alarms for individual meetings (skip the daily standup) without affecting any others.

• Follow-up reminders. Optional snooze-style nudges so a dismissed alert doesn't mean a missed meeting.

• Read-only Google Calendar access. The app physically cannot create, edit, or delete events. • Everything runs on your iPhone. We don't operate a server — there's nowhere for your calendar data to go. • No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. • Google sign-in tokens stay in the iOS Keychain. Sign out wipes everything in one tap.

— SETUP —

1. Sign in with Google. Read-only calendar scope — that's all that's requested.
2. Pick which calendars to monitor.
3. Choose your default lead time (5, 10, 15 minutes — your call).
4. Done. Every upcoming meeting now has an alarm.
