Note Hero is a private, all-in-one organizer for notes, reminders, lists, birthdays, documents, locations, important dates and everyday ideas. It works without an account and keeps your information organized directly on your device. PRIVATE, LOCAL STORAGE No account is required. Your records are stored locally on your device and are not automatically uploaded to a Note Hero server or cloud account. Deleting the app, losing your device or erasing device storage may permanently remove locally stored information unless you created and safely retained a backup. ENCRYPTED VAULT Store sensitive records inside the private Vault. Vault contents are protected using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. When supported and enabled on your device, Face ID can be used to unlock the Vault. Device security, biometric availability and authentication behavior are controlled by iOS. PASSWORD-PROTECTED BACKUPS Create encrypted backup files containing your Note Hero information and restore them when needed. Backup files are created only when you request them and are not uploaded automatically. Keep exported backups in a secure location. Note Hero cannot recover a forgotten backup password or restore a missing, damaged or deleted backup file. REMINDERS AND IMPORTANT DATES Create reminders for tasks, birthdays, document expirations and important events. Notifications are scheduled locally. Notification delivery and timing depend on iOS settings, Focus modes, permissions, battery conditions and other system behavior. Note Hero cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time. OPTIONAL PERMISSIONS Note Hero requests permissions only when relevant features are used: • Notifications—for reminders you create • Photos—for images you choose to attach • Location—for saving your current location when requested • Face ID—for unlocking the encrypted Vault
Note Hero does not use location for background tracking. You can manage permissions at any time in iOS Settings. YOUR INFORMATION, YOUR CONTROL Note Hero is designed for personal organization and record keeping. You control what information you enter, attach, export, back up or delete. Note Hero does not replace official documents, professional advice or dedicated emergency, medical, legal or financial services.
