Bravio Technician App

Bravio is the technician's app for biomedical equipment field service. It is built for the reality of the job: you are inside a hospital, often with no usable signal, working through a list of equipment that has to be inspected, serviced and documented properly. Everything works offline. Not "some things" — everything. Open a work order, fill in a service report, log parts and labour, capture a signature, create an asset that was never in the system. All of it is written to your phone first and sent automatically the moment you have a connection again. You never wait for a spinner, and you never lose work because a basement had no bars.

SERVICE REPORTS • Forms follow the procedure your organisation configured for that equipment • Readings are checked against tolerance as you type, so an out-of-range value is caught in front of the equipment rather than back at the office • Attach photos, capture technician and customer signatures • The procedure is frozen into the report when it starts, so nobody can change the questions underneath a job already in progress
