ImmoAufnahme: Handover Report

New in 3.10: repair extract for the tradesperson, templates with checkpoints and search across all reports.

Please note: the app interface is in German. The finished handover report can be exported in English, Turkish, Polish and Russian.

You walk through the apartment and say what you see. ImmoAufnahme turns it into the handover report, room by room, with photos, meter readings, keys and signatures. The finished PDF is ready before you are back in the car.

HOW IT WORKS "Kitchen, window handle is loose." The app recognises the room, the item and its condition and files everything in the right place. If you prefer typing, type. Both lead to the same result.

THE APP CHECKS BEFORE YOU FINISH If a meter reading, a signature or a photo of a defect is missing, the app says so while you are still on site. Exactly the gaps that get expensive half a year later in a dispute over the deposit.

WORKS WITHOUT RECEPTION Basement, underground garage, new build without a connection: recording continues. Reports, photos and signatures stay on the device, and the PDF is created there too.

WHO IT IS FOR For estate agents, property managers and landlords who have to prove the condition an apartment was handed over in. And for anyone who does this once a year and still wants it done properly.
