OpData-Drive is a surgical case logbook for surgeons and surgical residents who want to keep their operative records in order.

SPECIALTY-SPECIFIC FORMS Separate case forms for 11 surgical specialties: Neurosurgery, Orthopedics and Traumatology, General Surgery, Cardiovascular Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Each form uses the terminology of its own specialty; target structure, classification, procedure type, implant and graft options change accordingly.

WORKS OFFLINE Record cases without an internet connection. When connectivity returns, your records sync in the background. No hunting for signal in the operating room.

STATISTICS See your total case volume, your distribution across periods, and your diagnosis and procedure breakdowns. Group by year, month and week.

GOOGLE SHEETS SYNC Link your Google account and your records are written to a spreadsheet created in your own Google Drive. The spreadsheet is yours - download it, share it or analyze it whenever you want. Sheet tabs, column headers and cells are written in your app language.

TEAM Add the OpData users you operated with to a case as team members; the record then also appears in their list. Members are added per case; there is no separate create-a-team or join-a-team flow.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY The app does not collect patient names - only initials can be entered, and the input field enforces this. The database on your device is encrypted with SQLCipher and all communication with the server is protected by TLS. No advertising, analytics or tracking software is used.

PREMIUM Monthly and annual subscription options are available. A 7-day free trial starts when you link your Google account.

IMPORTANT OpData-Drive is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It is a logbook that lets healthcare professionals keep their own case records. You are responsible for complying with your institution's privacy rules and the applicable regulations when you enter patient data.
