It builds a Career Bet for career investments, records spending and time, assesses skill transferability, target job requirements, and automation exposure, and then uses real-world project results to refine the initial judgment.

The Skill Replacement Map on the homepage uses your saved data to place skills among demand pull, automation pressure, and project evidence, calculating resilience position and evidence strength. After completing a project, using the Close Field feature locks the project anchor point, and the trajectory is recalculated based on the results.
