Inova Events Check-In is the staff companion app for inovaevents.com, the registration platform for Inova Health System conferences, courses, and CME events.

Built for event-day speed:

• SCAN — check attendees in by scanning their ticket QR code (from email, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or a printed ticket). Instant feedback with haptics, and clear alerts if a ticket was already scanned or belongs to a different event.
• ATTENDEE ROSTER — search the full list, check people in with a swipe, undo mistakes, and view registration details including dietary and accessibility accommodations.
• WALK-INS — register attendees on the spot, including card payment for paid events (processed securely by Stripe).
• LIVE REPORTS — arrival curve, ticket-type progress, roles and organizations, and a per-staff check-in leaderboard, updating throughout the event.
• MULTIPLE EVENTS — join several events on one device and switch between them; every check-in records which staff member performed it.

Anyone an organizer invites can help run check-in: organizers send email invites with a per-event access code from the inovaevents.com admin console — to staff, volunteers, or venue personnel — and can rotate or revoke access at any time.
