Dashboard Today at a glance: total and monthly revenue, active members, attendance, and expenses. Live from the same database as your web dashboard.

Members Browse and search your full member list by name or phone. Filter by plan or by status — active, expiring soon, expired. Open any member to see their plan, expiry and history, or add a new one on the spot.

Payments Record a payment in seconds with the mode you actually took it in — cash, card, UPI, bank transfer or cheque. A dedicated dues view shows everyone with an expired or missing membership, so nothing slips through.

WhatsApp reminders Send a renewal reminder straight to a member's WhatsApp with the message already written. One tap from their row.

QR check-in Point the camera at a member's QR code to check them in or out. Works for members and staff, with a manual fallback for when someone's phone is flat.

Attendance Review the check-in log by day, by week, or by month.
