THE WIND-DOWN • One tap begins a session — the room dims to near-black over the first minute • An amber ring counts down and a gentle cue paces your breathing • A Live Activity follows the session on your lock screen and Dynamic Island • Interruptions are streak-neutral — the ember only dims, nothing is punished • Completion brightens the ember and settles with a soft three-tap haptic
