EverydayUp is a gentle focus companion. Pick a length, light the fire, and set your phone face-up on the desk. While you study, work, read, or meditate, Tuanzi tends the flame. Pick up your phone - it looks up at you. Stay away too long - the fire fades. Make it to dawn, and the night is yours.

• Finish any session to dawn and today is checked in - no minimum length, no guilt.
• Leaving costs a little; it never wipes you out. No red marks, no "failed" days.
• Glow, the only currency, is earned purely by keeping the fire. It can't be bought.
