Stay on top of customer conversations, contacts, opportunities and calls from one focused mobile workspace.

Alcanca App is a free mobile companion for existing Alcanca accounts, helping individuals and teams manage their customer work on iPhone.

Review customer activity and opportunity performance in Dashboard. Follow SMS, WhatsApp and email conversations, share attachments, leave internal notes and access voicemail recordings. Organize pipelines, stages and opportunities with the native Pipelines module. Find customer details quickly in Contacts and use the built-in Dialer when calling is enabled for your business.

People who belong to multiple businesses can switch between their authorized workspaces in Settings. Notification and calling preferences can be controlled for each business. Choose System, Light or Dark appearance.

An existing account is required. Available features depend on the configuration and channels enabled for each business. There are no purchases, subscriptions or upgrades offered within this iPhone app.

Calls use an internet connection or cellular data. Your mobile operator's data charges may apply.
