Forge Field Crew

Forge Field is the crew app for landscaping and construction companies that are tired of guessing.

Your crew clocks in from their phones. Hours land against the right job, not a scribbled sheet in a truck door. Receipts get photographed at the counter instead of turning up crumpled three weeks later. And at the end of the week, payroll is already sitting there — because it has been building itself all along.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD Big buttons. One thumb. Works in gloves, in daylight, in the back of a truck. Nobody on your crew needs training or a login they will forget.

WHAT YOUR CREW DOES • Clock in and out, stamped to the job they are actually standing on • Photograph receipts and send them in before they get lost • Log what happened on site that day • See their own hours for the week — and nothing they should not see

WHAT YOU SEE • What every job has actually cost you, while it is still running • Hours by person, by job, by day • Receipts waiting on your approval, with the photo attached • A payroll week you can hand to your bookkeeper without rebuilding it first

MONEY STAYS WHERE IT BELONGS Wages, job costs and margins are visible to owners and the managers you choose — and to no one else. Your crew sees their hours. They never see each other's pay, or yours.

ASK INSTEAD OF HUNTING Fern answers plain questions about your jobs and hours, so you are not digging through screens to find one number.

YOUR COMPANY, YOUR INSTALL Every company runs on its own separate install with its own database. Your hours, your crew and your job costs are never mixed in with anyone else's, protection guaranteed.

HOW TO GET IT Forge Field is set up for your company by OVRT Site Solutions. There is no sign-up in the app and nothing to buy here — employees join with a code from their employer. If you run a crew and want to see what it would look like for your company, get in touch at ovrtsitesolutions.com.
