Takeoff Intervals: AI Timer

Takeoff Intervals turns a written workout into a timer that talks you through it.

Paste the message from your coach, a screenshot, or your own words. The app reads the rounds, exercises, work times, and rest, shows you what it understood, and builds the timer. Check it, tap Start, and put the phone in your pocket.

IT UNDERSTANDS HOW COACHES WRITE • Rounds, circuits, EMOMs, AMRAPs, and for-time caps • Per-side exercises run both sides, with time to switch • "Rest as needed" waits for your tap • When a message has several sections, you pick the one to run
