See what is waiting and what is yours. Filter by Inbox, Unassigned, Mentions or All, and switch between open and closed conversations. Every row shows who is asking, the company they are from, and the last thing said — so you can triage without opening anything.

REPLY FROM ANYWHERE

Answer in plain text, or send a photo or a file straight from your phone. Attachments your customer sends open full screen, with pinch to zoom.

TALK TO YOUR TEAM

Leave an internal note on any conversation — private, never shown to the customer — and @mention a teammate to pull them in. Notes are clearly marked so a private aside is never mistaken for something the customer can read.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO

Open any customer to see their email, phone, location, device, plan and how long they have been with you, plus their company's industry, size and spend. The context you would have on the web, without leaving the conversation.

STAY ON TOP OF IT

Push notifications when a customer replies or a teammate mentions you. Conversations update live as your colleagues work on them, whether they are on the web panel or their own phone.

ASSIGN AND RESOLVE
