Create a job. When the scope changes, write a change order: what changed, why it changed, the line items, the tax. Send it for approval and Jobvia freezes the exact terms the customer saw. Record the approval the way it actually happened — a signature on your phone, a text message, an email, or a verbal agreement on site.

From then on the record holds still. Rename the job, correct the client's details, change your business address, replace your logo — every previously approved document still shows exactly what the customer saw. Nothing you do later rewrites paperwork that already went out.

REVISIONS THAT REPLACE, NOT PILE UP

Revise a change order and the new version replaces the old one. A $700 revision of a $500 change order moves your total by $200, not $700. Cancelling approved work means approving a $0 replacement, so the history stays intact and the arithmetic stays honest.

Jobvia is documentation, not a legal service. It records that a stored file has not changed since it was stored. It does not establish that a signature is authentic, that an agreement is enforceable, or that anything is admissible anywhere.

An approval taken from a text message, an email, or a conversation is labelled as recorded by you, showing both the time you say it happened and the time you entered it. Jobvia does not verify who approved, or that a message was delivered or read. It never draws a signature line nobody signed.

Subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings on your Apple Account, at least a day before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
