BP Log is a place to write your blood pressure down, and a clean way to hand it to your doctor.

LOG IN SECONDS A big custom keypad, not a fiddly form. Type your systolic and diastolic, add a pulse if you took one, and you're done. Add the arm you used, a note, or a different time when it matters — and leave them out when it doesn't.

A READING, IN CONTEXT Every reading is shown against the published general ranges, so you can see where it sits. That's context to bring to a conversation, not a verdict.

THE REPORT The part your doctor actually wants: one page, your readings in a table, the average and the trend across the period you choose — a week, a fortnight, a month, or everything. Save it as an image, export a CSV, or print it. Your name is left off by default, because a report is something you hand to someone.

TRENDS Systolic and diastolic together on one chart, over 7, 14 or 30 days, with the average, highest and lowest alongside.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No ads. No trackers. No analytics of any kind — not a light touch of it, none. Your readings are never sold or shared, and they're not used to train anything. You can delete your account and every reading in it from Settings, immediately, without asking anyone.

BP Log is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It records the numbers you enter and arranges them for you to read. It cannot tell you whether a reading is dangerous. Always consult a clinician about your readings, and in an emergency call your local emergency number rather than opening an app.
