Features & Capabilities

Log your blood pressure in seconds — big, easy-to-read numbers — and hand your doctor a clean PDF report. Morning and evening reminders. No ads, no account.

Asked to keep a record of your blood pressure before your next appointment?

BP Tracker is the diary for it. Take your reading on your own monitor, type in the three numbers, and it keeps them in order, works out your averages, and turns the whole lot into a clean PDF you can print or send to your doctor.

It replaces the paper blood pressure log book — and the log sheet your doctor asked for becomes a PDF instead of a page you have to remember to bring.

BUILT TO BE READ EASILY The numbers are big. The keypad is big. If that still isn't enough, the type scales up again, and there are high-contrast colours for tired eyes. Most blood pressure apps are built for a phone screen; this one is built for the person reading it.

LOG A READING IN SECONDS Tap in the top number, the bottom number and your pulse. The keypad moves you along automatically, so a normal reading is nine taps and done. Morning and evening are tagged for you. Add a note if something was different — before your tablets, after a walk, sitting or lying down.

MORNING AND EVENING REMINDERS Twice a day, at times you choose. Reminders live on your phone, and they never comment on a reading.

SEE THE PATTERN Your readings, charted. Mornings and evenings side by side, week by week, so you can see what your numbers actually do between appointments — not just the one taken in the waiting room.

THE REPORT YOUR DOCTOR ASKED FOR Every reading in your chosen range, with the date, the time and your notes, and your averages at the end. Print it, email it, or hand it over on your phone. 7, 30 and 90-day ranges.

TWO PEOPLE, ONE APP Keep a separate diary for your spouse. Separate readings, separate averages, separate report.

YOUR READINGS STAY ON YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-in. No server. It works with aeroplane mode on, and nothing you enter is uploaded anywhere. A report or an export leaves your phone only when you choose to share it. No ads, ever.

ALSO INSIDE • 7 and 30-day averages • Reference ranges published by the ACC/AHA (2017), shown as reference — never as an assessment • CSV export, backup and restore • Works on iPhone and iPad • Light and dark, following your phone

This app is a manual logging diary, not a medical device. It does not measure blood pressure and does not provide medical advice. You take your readings on your own monitor and enter them yourself.
