Show Up Anyways: Focus is a private focus companion for people who want to do their day, not just plan it. Most focus apps assume you'll behave perfectly. This one assumes you won't, and helps you show up anyway.

HOW IT WORKS Start a committed Focus session and the app shields the apps and categories you choose, using Apple's real Screen Time controls. When something genuinely needs your attention, take a Touchpoint: it pauses your Focus time (never steals from it) so you can handle the interruption, then picks up exactly where you left off. At the end of your day, Wrap-Up walks you through what actually happened: quick notes, follow-ups you can send straight to your Calendar, and categorizing any Quick Touchpoints you didn't sort in the moment. Over time, History and Insights show you real patterns, not guesses.

START WITHOUT OPENING THE APP The ten seconds before a Focus starts is where a lot of days quietly get lost, so starting one no longer means finding the app first.

• Control Center: add a Start Focus control and choose which Foundation it starts. Add one per Foundation, each with its own setting, so what you're showing up for is one swipe away.
• Home Screen widget: your four most used Foundations sit there as quick start buttons, ordered by the ones you actually start, with your Focus time for the week above them. Once a session is running, the same widget becomes your countdown.
• Lock Screen and Dynamic Island: a running session puts Touchpoint and Finish right where you are, so handling an interruption doesn't cost you the session.
• Spotlight and Shortcuts: start a Focus, log a Touchpoint, resume a paused session, or end one, without opening the app first. The tab bar and back buttons picked up the new Liquid Glass look too, so the app sits comfortably next to the rest of your phone.
