A local capital ledger records holding time, trial-and-error losses, and idle funds as calculable costs. It does not alter the brokerage's actual profits and losses; the ledger is only stored locally and not uploaded, facilitating self-checking.

1. Sunken Clock: Daily time costs are accrued according to individual expected cycles; overdue periods result in invalid sunk costs and alerts.

2. Opportunity Window: Records missed price ranges and reasons, distinguishing between system-wide losses and non-system-wide losses.

3. Trial-and-Error Amortization: Research-based losses are capitalized and amortized monthly; reinvestment is only allowed within a safe margin.

4. Capital Sandbox: Audits inflows, additions, reductions, and outflows, calculating idle losses from phased entry.

5. Local parameters, JSON backup and restore, and PDF export; no account or cloud required.
