Prodex Mobile

Andon calls, the warehouse and the planning board are now on the phone: answer a call, move stock, reschedule an order — without leaving the floor.

Prodex Mobile is the mobile client of Prodex, a Manufacturing Execution System that any manufacturer can license and run on its own servers. Sign in with your account, point the app at your company's server, and the shop floor travels with you.

ON THE FLOOR

• See every machine at a glance — running, stopped or without a work order — with live production counts, cycle performance and the reason a machine is down. Open one for OEE rings, quantities, cycle and cavity efficiency, the current stop and the queue of orders behind it. • Answer andon calls. When an operator presses the technician or quality button the phone rings: accept the call, scan the machine QR when you get there, hand it over to another team or a named colleague, and close it with a reason. • Record downtime the way the kiosk does — quick reason entry, or the full detail with categories, spare parts (scan the part QR) and photos. • Carry out maintenance work orders: start, answer the checklist, add parts and photos, and finish — or raise an unplanned job on the spot. • Look up any label printed on the line, with its lot, work order and quantity.

THE WAREHOUSE IN YOUR HAND

• Check stock by item and warehouse, down to lot and shelf, and open an item for its full detail. • Move goods between warehouses, plan and complete dispatches, and take back returns. • Build pallets, run handheld stock counts and print labels to any printer on site. • Trace a lot end to end: what it was made from, what was made from it, and where it went.

QUALITY

• Run quality controls in the field, with every measurement checked against its limits. • Log a nonconformity with photos, complete cleaning inspections, and approve or reject the controls waiting on you. • Read the quality reports with the same figures as the web.

PLANNING

• Reschedule production on a real drag-and-drop board: pick an order up, drop it on another machine or another time, and see the knock-on effect before you save. • Create work orders and rework orders from the phone. • Follow work orders on a timeline that mirrors the shop-floor kiosk, with planned windows, progress and a now-line.

PURCHASING

• Approve requests without going back to a desk: every request waiting for you, line by line, with quantities, prices, VAT, supplier, photos and notes. Approve or deny each line, add your note, save the decision. • Raise your own requests and follow where they have got to.

REPORTS AND NOTIFICATIONS

• Production report with the same figures as the web: OEE and TEEP, daily production against target, and live filters by machine, shift, product and mould. • Loss time report: what stopped, for how long, and who dealt with it. • Push notifications in your own language for approvals, maintenance, calls and reminders. The bell in the app keeps the history.

• Star the screens you use most and they move to the top of the home screen — the same favourites appear on the web. • English, Turkish and German throughout. • Light and dark themes. • Numbers and dates in your local format.
