MFG Pro is the mobile companion for ERPNext Manufacturing & Quality Control. Connect securely to your own ERPNext (Frappe) instance and run the shop floor from your phone — work orders, job cards, BOMs, stock movements and quality inspections, all in real time.

MANUFACTURING • Live dashboard: in-process, not-started and completed work orders, active job cards and pending quality inspections at a glance. • Work Orders: filter by status, view item, quantity progress and reservation badges, then drill into full detail. • Work Order actions: transfer material, manufacture, stop/resume, close, and reserve stock — using ERPNext's standard whitelisted methods. • Job Cards: built-in operation timer — start, pause, resume and complete, with cumulative time logs and sub-operation progress. • Stock Entries: create Material Transfer for Manufacture and Manufacture entries and submit them directly. • BOM Viewer: inspect bill-of-materials with phantom, backflush, process-loss, routing and cost details. • Production Plans: review plans and their item lines by status. • Shop Floor: browse plant floors, workstations and downtime entries.

QUALITY CONTROL • QC dashboard with pending-inspection badge. • Quality Inspection list and forms with min/max numeric, value, formula and manual readings. • Auto-validation of readings, accept-all, and accept/reject submission with process-loss capture on rejection. • Create new inspections from item and template search. • QC gating: job cards requiring inspection cannot be completed until QC is done.

Note: MFG Pro requires access to a running ERPNext/Frappe server with the Manufacturing and Quality modules. It is a client for your existing ERPNext deployment and is not a standalone ERP.
