CHOPGRID

A chance-based sample chopper and remix machine inside a full groovebox: synths, drum machines, sequencers, tape recorders and a rack of effects. One window, one clock.

At its heart is the grid. Point CHOPGRID at a folder of audio and press CHOP ALL: it grabs sixteen different files, picks sixteen different start points, and fills the grid with playable one-shots. No two passes give the same result. Keep what works, lock it, roll again. Point it at your old sessions or stems, and it instantly remixes your audio into new combinations. Everything else feeds the grid. Play the synths and drum machines, record them, chop the results. Stack effects on anything. Roll the dice on all of it. Chop anything:
