STEPS WITH APPLE HEALTH Optionally connect ZAYMAX to Apple Health to view your daily and weekly step totals. ZAYMAX uses read-only access and never changes data in Apple Health. JOURNAL AND BMI Save personal notes, choose your regular training days and optionally keep track of your weight, height, age and BMI. The BMI display provides general guidance only and is not a substitute for medical advice. LOCAL AND PRIVATE Your data is stored locally on your device.
