TeamLogger Mobile helps managers and employers review team reports, approve time, manage leave workflows, and monitor authorized screenshots from iPhone and iPad through an existing TeamLogger company account. Employees use the same app to track project and task time from iPhone and iPad, while authorized managers can view Employee Summary reports, review authorized leave requests and leave reports, and approve pending manual-time entries grouped by employee and date.

Mobile screenshot monitoring requires employee consent and the platform's visible screen-sharing flow.

CONSENT-BASED MOBILE SCREENSHOTS When a company enables mobile screenshot tracking, TeamLogger explains what will be captured before presenting Apple's native ReplayKit broadcast picker. The employee must start TeamLogger Broadcast, and iOS displays its screen-recording indicator while sharing is active. Screenshots may include content visible on the device during tracked work, including other apps, browser tabs, notifications, and sensitive information. AUTHORIZED MONITORING Permission-gated employer and manager accounts can open one Screenshots workspace to review recent monitoring cards and employee screenshot history by date. The viewer displays server-held TeamLogger data and does not collect keyboard activity, pointer activity, mobile idle signals, foreground-app names, website usage, webcam photos, contacts, SMS, call logs, or location from the manager's mobile device, and it does not use the microphone or record audio. PUBLIC AVAILABILITY TeamLogger is a publicly available multi-tenant SaaS service for organizations of all sizes, not a private app for one company or a pre-approved customer list. Any organization can self-register through the public TeamLogger website without an invitation or sales approval. Organization administrators then create or invite employees, managers, contractors, and clients into their isolated workspace. The iOS app is free, contains no paid content, and has no purchase, subscription, or outside-purchase call to action.
